Changing the World One Cheesesteak at a Time

How Supporting Jay's Joint Supports Our Community

About Jay's Steak & Hoagie Joint

From the outside, Jay’s is a cheesesteak shop with a food truck, serving traditional and unique menu items along with a large Gluten Free offering. But Jay’s is more than that. It’s a sandwich shop whose foundation was built on helping the local community. Our moto “Changing the World, One Cheesesteak at a Time” is not just a tagline but our mission. Our monthly food bank donations based upon sales have been going strong since 2014 – donating over 82,000 pounds of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. Jay’s "Help Us, Help Them" program has provided school supplies and coats for kids for over 10 years and growing. We have also recently started an annual raffle to help heat homes in the winter months, all proceeds going to pay for oil for those in need. We are honored to be able to give back to our community, as they are our biggest fans and supporters. Without you, none of this would be possible. Thank you for helping us change the world, one cheesesteak at a time!

Community Nights

Interested in raising money for your local club or non-profit? Jay’s offers a weekly Community Night every Wednesday from 4pm-8pm. During the Community Night Event, Jay’s donates 10% of all sales to a local club or non-profit. If you’d like to be considered for an upcoming Community Night, please email JaysJoint@yahoo.com to apply.

Food Bank Donations

A portion of all of our sales helps provide our local food banks with fresh fruits, meats, and vegetables. The Jay’s team along with volunteers help purchase, portion, and drop off the donations to local food banks on the first Monday of each month. Interested in volunteering? Email JaysJoint@yahoo.com for more details.
